Condition and availability
AND requires every condition to be true; OR accepts any one. The action also needs resources, level, vocation, target, range and available cooldowns. A true trigger does not remove spell requirements.
Potions and runes compete
Potions and runes share an item-use cooldown. Spells may also share cooldown groups in addition to individual cooldowns. If an early action always takes an available opportunity, later actions can wait repeatedly.
Count monsters precisely
The condition to hit at least X monsters counts the action’s actual area. Exeta Res’s aggro condition checks enemies not yet focused on the tank. Choose a condition that matches your intent: enemy count and need for a taunt are not the same thing.
Quick diagnosis
Check, in order: action enabled, true condition, enough resources, valid target, range, line of sight and cooldowns. Then check whether an earlier action uses the same cooldown. Bar warnings help identify conflicts; hiding them does not change execution.
