Version 2026-10-30 · effective October 30, 2026

Game Rules and Conduct

This is a translation. The Brazilian Portuguese version prevails; if in doubt, the reading most favorable to the consumer applies.

Summary

This summary is a reading aid and does not replace the full text.

1. Purpose and effectiveness

1.1. These Game Rules and Conduct (the “Rules”) set out what you can and cannot do in Arvorn, how we investigate violations and what sanctions may be applied. They are an integral part of the Terms of Service: by accepting the Terms, you also accept these Rules. Words such as Account, Character, Virtual Content, coins and Premium have the meaning defined in the Terms of Service.

1.2. The Rules apply to what you do in the game, on the website and in the community and support channels of Arvorn Studios, such as the official Discord, where each service’s own rules also apply. Outside these environments, the Rules only cover conduct directly connected to Arvorn: scams and fraud in deals between players (section 7), betting on game results (item 3.9), selling or spreading prohibited programs and ways to exploit bugs (items 3.3, 3.5 and 4.5), impersonating the team (item 3.11) and harassing or grooming people you met in the game (sections 5 and 6). In these cases, we only decide based on evidence that you can see and challenge, such as screenshots, receipts and the game’s own logs.

1.3. The rule in force on the date of the conduct applies. Conduct is only a violation if it was prohibited when it happened, and the sanction is the one provided for in the version of these Rules in force on that date. If a later version treats the same conduct more leniently, we apply the more favorable rule to cases not yet decided.

1.4. We publish each version with its date, and the version history is at the end of this page. Material changes are announced in advance, as explained in the Terms of Service. A new prohibition or a more severe sanction only applies to conduct engaged in after it comes into force.

1.5. Prohibited conduct is described by the effect it produces. The examples help you understand each rule, but they are not an exhaustive list of the ways to engage in the same conduct.

1.6. Nothing in these Rules limits the rights the law guarantees you, including those under the Código de Defesa do Consumidor (Brazilian Consumer Protection Code).

1.7. These Rules are written in Brazilian Portuguese, which is the official version. If there is any difference between the Portuguese version and the English or Spanish translations, the Portuguese text prevails and, if in doubt, the reading most favorable to you applies. The text of earlier versions can be requested at suporte@playarvorn.com.

2. What is allowed

2.1. The following are part of Arvorn and are allowed:

2.2. Playing for many hours, hunting nonstop and using multiple Accounts are not, in themselves, violations (item 8.4).

2.3. Anything that is not prohibited by these Rules, the Terms of Service or the law is allowed, as long as you use the game as it normally works.

3. Fair play: what is prohibited

To keep the game fair for everyone, the following are prohibited:

3.1. Exploiting flaws (bugs and exploits) to gain an advantage, for yourself or for others, or to harm other players or the game’s operation, for example:

3.2. Tampering with server communication: altering, crafting or resending packets and messages, using modified clients, or intercepting and manipulating communication between the game and the server.

3.3. Using programs that play for you outside the official interface: bots, scripts, macros, auto-clickers and any program that plays or sends commands in your place, including through browser automation. The game’s own automations remain allowed (section 2). Accessibility features that only change how you give a command, such as voice control, dwell clicking, switch access and key remapping, are also allowed when each action corresponds to a command you give, at your own pace. If you are unsure about a tool, ask first at suporte@playarvorn.com.

3.4. Attacking the service or other people: deliberately overloading the server, probing the game’s security, or trying to access Accounts, data or administrative areas that are not yours.

3.5. Benefiting from what was obtained improperly: using, trading or keeping gains obtained in the ways described in this section, knowing their origin, or helping others obtain them, including by teaching, selling or distributing methods and programs.

3.6. Evading sanctions: using another Account or another Character, or creating a new Account, to escape a mute, suspension, ban or block.

3.7. Committing payment fraud: paying with another person’s money, Pix (Brazil’s instant payment system), bank account or details without authorization; disputing a payment or asking for it to be refunded in bad faith, after receiving what you bought (fraudulent chargeback); using the game to launder money or hide the origin of funds. A payment refund or dispute is not, in itself, a violation (Purchases and Refunds).

3.8. Running scams in trades and deals with other players (section 7).

3.9. Betting: placing bets between players with gold, items or money, or organizing bets on game results, such as duels, guild wars, bosses, tournaments and rankings.

3.10. Charging entry fees for events with prizes, in money or in any game resource. Arvorn’s official events are free (Terms of Service).

3.11. Impersonating the team: pretending to be part of the administration or moderation of Arvorn Studios, or to be an official channel, in or outside the game, including through Character or guild names. The team never asks for your password.

3.12. Rigging competitions: fixing results or deliberately handing over wins, points, kills or rewards in duels, arenas, rankings, tournaments, guild wars, bosses and events, including by using other Accounts, whether yours or other people’s. Alliances and coordinated strategies are part of the game, and having multiple Accounts remains allowed; what is prohibited is faking a contest or using other Accounts to rig a result or circumvent a reward limit.

3.13. The rules on community conduct (section 5), protection of children and adolescents (section 6) and trading (section 7) complete this list.

Breaking these Rules can lead to the sanctions in section 9, depending on severity: from a warning to a ban, with removal of anything obtained improperly.

4. Game bugs

4.1. Report it privately. If you find a bug that gives an advantage, harms someone or exposes data, tell the team as soon as you notice it, by email to suporte@playarvorn.com or, on the official Discord, directly to the team, outside the public channels. Tell us what happened, when, with which Character and, if you know, how to reproduce it.

4.2. Don’t exploit it. Don’t use the bug to gain an advantage, don’t repeat it beyond the minimum needed to describe it and don’t transfer anything it generated. If the bug involves other people’s Accounts or data, don’t access, copy or change anything to prove it.

4.3. Anyone who finds a bug during normal use of the game, reports it promptly and doesn’t exploit it is not sanctioned. This protection does not cover deliberate tests against the security of the game, the website or the server, which remain prohibited (item 3.4), unless Arvorn Studios has given prior written authorization. If whoever carries out such tests reports promptly and causes no harm, the report counts as a mitigating factor (item 9.4).

4.4. Arvorn Studios may, at its discretion, acknowledge a useful report with an in-game reward. The reward is not mandatory and has no cash value.

4.5. Don’t share how to exploit a bug. Until we confirm the fix, don’t publish step-by-step instructions, commands, programs or other details that make it possible to reproduce a bug that could be used to gain an advantage, harm other players or expose data, whether in chat, on Discord, on social media or in videos. Sharing these details so that others can exploit the bug is a violation (item 3.5). This does not prevent you from saying that you found a problem, complaining about it publicly or turning to Procon (the consumer protection agency), consumidor.gov.br (the Brazilian government’s consumer complaint platform), the ANPD (Agência Nacional de Proteção de Dados, Brazil’s data protection authority) or the courts.

4.6. Correcting bug gains. If a bug generated gains, even if whoever received them did not intend it, we may correct them. When there is no sign of bad faith, the correction is not a sanction and does not count as a violation. We may carry it out on every Account holding those gains as soon as the bug is confirmed, notifying each affected Account of what was corrected and why. You can request a review at suporte@playarvorn.com and, if the correction was wrongful, we reverse it and compensate you as in item 10.8.

5. Community conduct: chat, names and behavior

5.1. Treat other people with respect. In global chat, guild chat, private messages, the group board, names and any other text you write in the game, the following are not allowed:

5.2. Names. Character and guild names follow the same rules and may not imitate the team, Arvorn or another person. If a name violates these Rules, moderation may change or block it.

5.3. Automatic filter. A filter checks messages in global chat, guild chat and private messages for external links, profanity, sexual content and hate. In global chat, a flagged message is removed for everyone and shows as “[Removed by the automatic filter]”. In guild chat and private messages, the message is delivered, and the system records only the category, the severity, the author, the time and an internal code that does not identify the message or the guild, without the text, the terms found or the recipient. In these two channels, a filter alert alone never leads to a sanction or an interim measure: it only serves to let us track how often these cases happen and to prioritize the review of reports. A sanction for a private message or a guild chat message depends on access to the content in one of the situations in item 5.4, such as a report by someone who took part in the conversation. The filter can make mistakes: if a message of yours is removed by mistake, request a review at suporte@playarvorn.com. More details in the Privacy Policy.

5.4. Private messages and guild chat are confidential. The team does not read them on its own initiative. We only access the content when a participant in the conversation reports it (the report shows us the reported message), under a court order or when the law requires us to, as in the protection of children and adolescents (section 6).

5.5. You can ignore a Character and, with the “Friends only” option, prevent anyone who is not your friend from sending you private messages. Private messages have sending limits to curb spam.

5.6. Moderation may delete global chat messages, mute Characters and apply the other measures in section 9.

6. Protection of children and adolescents

6.1. Arvorn is intended exclusively for people aged 18 or older (Terms of Service). Even so, we protect children and adolescents who may be reached by the service, as the law requires.

6.2. Zero tolerance. Any form of sexual exploitation or abuse, grooming and any interaction that violates the rights of children and adolescents is prohibited, such as asking them for photos, personal data, meetings, contact on other apps or payments. Any content that sexualizes them is also prohibited, including drawings, texts or content generated by artificial intelligence.

6.3. When we become aware of content that appears to involve sexual exploitation or abuse, kidnapping or grooming, we:

6.4. In these cases, notice to the author (section 10) may be postponed when necessary to protect the victim or to avoid hindering the authorities’ investigation, to the extent permitted by law.

6.5. Priority. We give priority to reports made by the victim, by their parents or guardians, by the Ministério Público (Public Prosecutor’s Office) and by organizations that defend the rights of children and adolescents. When the notice comes from them, we remove content that violates these rights without the need for a court order.

6.6. Anyone, including people who don’t play, can report at suporte@playarvorn.com; players can also use the game’s report option (section 11). If there is an immediate risk to a child or adolescent, also contact the police (190) or Disque 100 (Brazil’s human rights hotline).

6.7. If there are reasonable grounds to believe that an Account is used by someone under 18, we may request proof of age proportionate to the risk. If it is confirmed that the Account is used by a minor, it is closed, with the right to contest, as explained in the Terms of Service. Parents and guardians can request the deletion of the Account and a refund of the purchases made on it at suporte@playarvorn.com.

6.8. This section applies Law 15,211/2025 (ECA Digital, Brazil’s Digital Statute of Children and Adolescents), arts. 27 to 30, 32 and 33, Decree 12,880/2026 (the federal decree regulating the ECA Digital), arts. 36 to 43, and the safeguards of art. 16 of Law 14,852/2024 (Marco Legal dos Games, Brazil’s legal framework for video games) that are applicable to a service exclusively for adults. The reporting channels, the response to those who report, the review of sanctions and the transparency provided for in sections 10 to 12 apply to all players.

7. Trading between players

7.1. Prefer the game’s features. The market, direct trade and Mail record every transaction and are the safest way to trade. Check the item, the quantity and the price before confirming. A confirmed transaction is not undone, except in the event of a failure of our systems, removal of improper gains (item 9.8) or a lawful order.

7.2. Prices, promises and agreements arranged between players are the responsibility of those who arranged them and do not bind Arvorn Studios. Gold and items have no cash value as far as Arvorn Studios is concerned (Terms of Service).

7.3. RMT at your own risk. Trading gold, items and coins for money with other players is allowed outside the official channels, that is, without any trading tool, shop or payment method from Arvorn Studios, under the RMT section of the Terms of Service. Delivery inside the game is made through the game’s regular features and follows these Rules. Arvorn Studios is not a party to these deals: it does not act as an intermediary, does not hold funds, does not charge a commission, does not guarantee delivery or price, and does not restore losses from scams, except when they are caused by a failure of our systems. Coins only change Accounts through the game’s market, for gold or items, and are not available in direct trade or Mail. Because the market is open to everyone, we do not guarantee that an offer agreed outside the game will be taken by the right person, and we do not reverse the transaction if someone else takes it. Advertising RMT in Arvorn’s official channels is not allowed: offering or seeking gold, items, coins or Accounts for money, or promoting websites, shops, profiles and contacts for these deals, in the game’s public spaces (global chat, the group board, and Character and guild names), on the official Discord server and on Arvorn Studios’ official profiles, or through private messages to people who did not ask for them. Talking privately with someone who already wants to trade is not advertising. The advertisement may be removed and may lead to the sanctions in the Community conduct category, such as a warning, a mute or a name change (item 9.3); the deal itself remains allowed.

7.4. Scams and fraud are violations. When proven, they are punished under sections 3 and 9, even if the deal takes place, in whole or in part, outside the game. Examples: receiving payment and deliberately not delivering what was agreed; deceiving someone about what is being traded; using a fake receipt; paying with another person’s money, bank account or payment details without authorization; disputing the payment after receiving what was agreed; trading gains from bugs, fraud or chargebacks.

7.5. We do not arbitrate private disputes. Apart from the scams in item 7.4, we do not settle disagreements between players about price, quality, quantity or delivery time, nor do we collect payments or make refunds between them. To investigate a scam report, we use the game logs and the evidence provided by the parties. The decision serves only to apply the sanctions in these Rules: it does not oblige anyone to pay or return money. If you are scammed, keep the evidence, report it at suporte@playarvorn.com and, if you wish, file a police report (boletim de ocorrência). We comply with court orders and requests from authorities as provided by law (Privacy Policy).

7.6. Accounts are personal. Arvorn Studios does not recognize Account transfers: the holder is whoever controls the registered email address or the Google account used to sign up. Anyone who buys, sells or shares an Account takes on the risk, including the risk that the original holder will recover it (Terms of Service).

8. How we identify violations

8.1. In Arvorn, the server decides the outcome of every action. That is why it records what happens in the game and notices when it receives something the official client does not send, such as malformed messages, commands at an impossible pace or sequences that the interface does not produce.

8.2. To investigate violations, we use, among other things:

8.3. Reports are reviewed by people. A report alone does not prove a violation: it is checked against the server logs, such as the copy of the reported message or the action history.

8.4. Playtime is not a sign of botting. Arvorn is an idle game, with automatic combat and offline hunting. Staying online for many hours, hunting nonstop or playing with multiple Accounts is never treated, in itself, as bot use or as a violation.

8.5. We do not disclose the methods, signals and thresholds we use to detect violations, so that they cannot be circumvented. This does not harm your defense: in the notice, we state the category of the violation, the rule and a summary of the evidence (section 10). In court proceedings, we present the full evidence to the judge and may ask for it to be kept under seal. In administrative proceedings brought by you or concerning your Account, such as a complaint to Procon, we present what is necessary for our defense, protecting other people’s data; access logs, however, are only provided under a court order. Outside these cases, access logs, data that identify you and the content of private messages are only provided to authorities or third parties under a court order, subject to the exceptions provided by law and explained in the Privacy Policy (item 21).

8.6. We keep the evidence for each case for the period stated in the Privacy Policy.

9. Sanctions

9.1. The sanction is proportionate to the severity of the conduct. It is chosen using the table in item 9.3, taking into account the aggravating and mitigating factors in item 9.4, and the decision explains how the conduct was classified. We do not apply hidden sanctions: when a measure affects your Account or your Character, you are notified as described in section 10.

9.2. The possible measures are:

Warning
a formal notice, recorded in the Account history.
Content removal
deleting global chat messages and changing or blocking names that violate these Rules.
Mute
the Character cannot write in global chat, guild chat or private messages, for 5 minutes to 365 days.
Suspension
the Account loses access to the game and to the Account features on the website, such as login, the shop, order history and password reset, for 1 to 30 days. Defenses, appeals, purchase withdrawals and personal data requests remain available by email (item 10.9).
Long suspension
the same effects as a suspension, for more than 30 days and up to 12 months.
Ban
the same effects as a suspension, for a fixed term of more than 12 months and up to 10 years or, in very serious cases, for an indefinite term.
Removal of improper gains
removal of items, gold, coins, Premium, progress and other benefits obtained through a violation (item 9.8). It may be combined with any other measure.
IP address block
an exceptional and temporary measure (item 9.6).

CategoryMinorModerateSeriousVery serious
Community conduct (section 5; RMT advertising, item 7.3) An isolated instance of profanity in global chat, a personal insult, spam, an external link or an RMT advertisement. Warning, removal of the message or a mute for 5 minutes to 24 hours. Repeated personal insults, spam or RMT advertisements, sexual content, an inappropriate name, abusive reporting. Mute for 1 to 30 days; name change or block. Hate or discrimination, harassment, threats, exposing another person’s personal data. Mute for 30 to 365 days, with or without a suspension for 1 to 30 days. Incitement to violence, suicide or self-harm, serious threats, sharing intimate content without consent, repeated hate or harassment. Long suspension or ban.
Game bugs and competition rigging (items 3.1, 3.5 and 3.12) Taking advantage once of a low-impact bug without reporting it, or fixing the result of a contest once with no significant prize. Warning and removal of the gain. Repeatedly using a bug or rigging competitions, with limited gain. Removal of the gains and suspension for 1 to 30 days. Duplicating items, gold or coins, receiving a reward repeatedly or obtaining significant gains, including by rigging competitions. Removal of the gains and a long suspension or a fixed-term ban. Large-scale bug exploitation or competition rigging, causing harm to the economy or to other players, or sharing step-by-step instructions for the bug so that others can exploit it. Removal of the gains and ban; exceptional IP block.
Programs and tampering (items 3.2 and 3.3) Brief use of a macro or auto-clicker, with no significant gain. Warning and removal of the gain, if any. Use of macros, auto-clickers or scripts. Suspension for 1 to 30 days and removal of the gains. Use of a bot, a modified client, or altered or resent packets. Long suspension or fixed-term ban, with removal of the gains. Creating, selling or distributing these programs, or using them on a large scale or together with bug exploitation. Ban and removal of the gains; exceptional IP block.
Attacks on the service and on Accounts (item 3.4) Not applicable. Probing the game’s security without causing harm. Suspension for 1 to 30 days. Trying to access an Account, data or administrative area belonging to someone else; deliberately overloading the server. Long suspension or fixed-term ban. Breaking into Accounts or administrative areas, obtaining other people’s data, taking down or disrupting the service. Ban; exceptional IP block; report to the authorities, where appropriate.
Fraud, scams and payments (items 3.7 and 3.8; section 7) Not applicable. An attempted scam that caused no loss. Suspension for 1 to 30 days. A completed scam in a trade or deal, phishing, or using gains from fraud while knowing their origin. Removal of the gains and a long suspension or a fixed-term ban. Payment fraud, fraudulent chargebacks, using other people’s money, bank accounts or payment details without authorization, money laundering, serial scams. Ban and removal of the gains; exceptional IP block; report to the authorities, where appropriate.
Sanction evasion and false identity (items 3.6 and 3.11) Not applicable. Impersonating the team without causing harm. Mute or suspension for 1 to 30 days; name change. Using another Account or another Character to evade a mute or suspension; impersonating the team to deceive someone. Extension of the original sanction to the Accounts and Characters used, plus up to the same length as the original sanction, or a long suspension. Evading a ban or block, or repeatedly evading sanctions. Ban of the Accounts used for the evasion; exceptional IP block.
Betting and paid entry fees (items 3.9 and 3.10) Taking part in a single bet. Warning. Betting frequently. Suspension for 1 to 30 days. Organizing bets or events with paid entry and prizes; advertising betting. Suspension for 1 to 30 days or long suspension. Running bets or paid-entry events as a business. Ban.
Children and adolescents (section 6) Not applicable: every violation in this category is at least serious. Insulting, humiliating, intimidating or exposing a child or adolescent, or asking for their personal data or payments, knowing or having clear reason to know that the person is a child or adolescent. Long suspension or fixed-term ban. Sexual exploitation or abuse, kidnapping, grooming (including asking for photos, meetings or contact outside the game), content that sexualizes children and adolescents. Indefinite ban; removal of the content; preservation of the evidence; report to the authorities; exceptional IP block.

In the table, “ban” without further indication may be for a fixed or an indefinite term. Removal of improper gains (item 9.8) may be combined with any measure, and an IP address block, in the exceptional cases of item 9.6, may accompany the measures at the serious and very serious levels, even when the cell does not mention it. When conduct fits more than one category, the most serious one applies. At the serious level of the Children and adolescents category, conduct only qualifies when the author knew, or had clear reason to know, that the person was a child or adolescent; without that, it is judged under the Community conduct category.

9.4. Aggravating and mitigating factors. Aggravating factors, combined, can move the case up to the next level of the table at most, and mitigating factors, combined, down to the previous level at most, but never to a level marked “Not applicable”. A repeat offense in the same category as a violation already punished can move the case one level beyond that limit. Within each level, the measure and its duration are chosen according to the case.

9.5. Interim measure. When there is strong evidence of a serious or very serious violation, we may act before you present your defense, especially when harm is ongoing, such as item duplication, an attack or a scam. In these cases, we may suspend the Account or mute the Character for up to 30 days. In the case of an attack on the service or ban evasion, we may also block an IP address for the same period. The interim measure is not the final sanction: you are notified and can defend yourself (section 10). If the decision is not issued within that period, the measure ends. Time spent under an interim measure is deducted from the final sanction.

9.6. IP address block. Only in exceptional cases of serious or very serious violations, especially repeat offenses at these levels, ban evasion or attacks on the service, may we block access to the game and to the Account features on the website from an IP address, including login and registration. The block is decided by a person, is temporary, for up to 12 months, and can be reviewed at any time. Because the same address can be used by several people (at home, at work, in shared student housing or on the internet provider’s network), anyone affected who did not take part in the violation can request to be unblocked at suporte@playarvorn.com: we respond within 5 days and, if you did not take part, we restore your access by lifting or revising the block, and we give back the Premium days that ran during it.

9.7. Other Accounts. Since having more than one Account is allowed, a sanction only extends to other Accounts when there is proof that they took part in the violation or benefited from it. Using the same IP address is not enough on its own.

9.8. Removal of improper gains. We may remove items, gold, coins, Premium, progress and other benefits obtained through a violation (for example, through a bug, a prohibited program or fraud) from any Account where they are, including from those who received them through a trade, the market, Mail or RMT. The removal corrects the game’s economy and does not depend on a sanction against the recipient. Anyone who received them in good faith, without knowing their origin, is not punished and, where appropriate, receives in-game compensation, such as the return of the gold or coins paid for the item, when they can be identified. Amounts paid in money to other players are not refunded by Arvorn Studios, which is not a party to these deals; whoever paid can claim the money from whoever received it. This does not affect the rights the law guarantees you. Every removal is notified to the affected Account, with the reason.

9.9. Who is responsible. The sanction falls on the Account used in the violation. If you let someone else use your Account, you are responsible for what they do. If there are signs that the Account was hacked, such as access from an unusual location or device or a password change you did not request, we check the access logs before deciding, and you are not punished for what the intruder did. To protect the Account while we investigate, we may suspend it for up to 30 days, with notice sent to the Account’s email address. If the investigation does not show that you were the one who acted, this suspension is not a sanction and does not count as a prior offense, and we give back the Premium days that ran during it.

9.10. Effects of sanctions on paid content:

10. Notice, defense and appeal

10.1. Notice. When we open a sanction proceeding or apply a warning, a content removal, a mute or the interim measure in item 9.5, we notify you. The game shows in the chat that the Character is muted, or on the sign-in screen that the Account is suspended, and until when. Within 72 hours, except for the postponement in item 6.4, we send the full notice to the Account’s email address, stating:

If you do not receive this email, ask for the details at suporte@playarvorn.com. The defense period only starts counting from when the full notice is sent.

10.2. Defense. You have 10 days, counted from when the full notice is sent, to present your defense by email to suporte@playarvorn.com, with whatever explanations and evidence you wish. We acknowledge receipt automatically or on the same business day. Within 5 days of receipt, we reply with the decision or, if the investigation requires more time, with the status of the case and the expected date of the decision, which is issued within the period in item 10.3. If no defense is presented within the period, we decide based on the available evidence.

10.3. Decision. A member of the team reviews the evidence and your defense and decides within 30 days, counted from when the full notice is sent. The decision states its reasons: which facts were considered proven, which rule was applied, why the measure is proportionate and how to appeal. It is communicated by email.

10.4. Warnings, content removals and mutes of up to 30 days take effect as soon as they are applied. In these cases, your defense works as a request for review: if it is accepted, we reverse the measure and it no longer counts as a prior offense. Mutes of more than 30 days, suspensions, bans, removal of improper gains as a sanction and IP address blocks only become final with the decision in item 10.3; until then, only the interim measures in item 9.5 may apply. The correction of bug gains in item 4.6 does not depend on that decision.

10.5. Appeal. If you disagree with the decision, you can appeal within 30 days, counted from when the decision is communicated to you, by email to suporte@playarvorn.com, explaining why it should change. We acknowledge receipt automatically or on the same business day and respond to the appeal, with a review of its merits, within 5 days. The appeal is reviewed by a person and cannot make the sanction harsher.

10.6. Human review. All sanctions under these Rules are decided by a person. Bans, IP address blocks and removal of items, gold or coins always go through a recorded human review and are never applied by an automated system.

10.7. Automatic measures. Some systems act on their own to protect the game, with short, temporary automatic measures that are distinct from the interim measure in item 9.5. For example:

In these cases, we do not send the email notice in item 10.1: the effect appears immediately, for example in the blocked login message or in the “[Removed by the automatic filter]” notice. These measures are not sanctions and, on their own, do not lead to a suspension or ban. You can ask for a person to review any decision made solely by automated means (art. 20 of the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, Brazil’s General Data Protection Law), at suporte@playarvorn.com.

10.8. If we make a mistake. If we acknowledge an error, in the investigation, in the sanction or in an interim measure, we reverse the measure as soon as we acknowledge it and, within 5 business days, we restore the Account and whatever was removed and compensate you with Premium days, coins or other in-game compensation proportionate to the harm, including for the Premium days that ran during the measure. We let you know by email when this is done. This does not affect other rights guaranteed by law.

10.9. Even with your Account suspended or banned, you can still use suporte@playarvorn.com for your defense, appeals, purchases, withdrawals and personal data rights (Privacy Policy). The official Discord is an additional channel; if you do not have access to it, use the email addresses. You do not need to present a defense or an appeal in order to seek your rights: you can turn to Procon, consumidor.gov.br or the courts at any time (Terms of Service).

10.10. Periods in days under these Rules are counted in calendar days, unless the text refers to business days.

11. Content reports

11.1. How to report.

11.2. What to include in an email report:

11.3. Identified reports. To request the removal of content or the opening of a sanction proceeding, the report must be identified: in the game, identification is automatic; by email, provide the details in item 11.2. Even so, we check any notice, including anonymous ones, that makes us aware of sexual exploitation or abuse, grooming or another risk to a child or adolescent, or of another serious crime, and we act as required by law and these Rules, including section 6. We do not tell the reported person who made the report, except under a court order or legal obligation.

11.4. Response. We acknowledge receipt: in the game, immediately; by email, automatically or on the same business day. A person reviews each report. Within 5 days, we communicate the decision (to remove or keep the content and, if applicable, to open a sanction proceeding) to the person who reported and to the author of the content, with the reason and the means to contest it (art. 16-E of Decree 8,771/2016, the federal decree regulating Brazil’s Civil Rights Framework for the Internet), except for the postponement in item 6.4. For reports of private messages, so as not to reveal who reported, we only notify the author when we apply a measure against them (section 10); if the report does not lead to any measure, the author is not notified. The sanction proceeding follows section 10.

11.5. Priorities. We handle first:

11.6. Abusive reporting is a violation. False reports, repeated groundless reports or reports made to harass someone can lead to the sanctions in section 9. Anyone targeted by abusive reports can let us know at suporte@playarvorn.com.

12. Transparency

12.1. By January 31 of each year, we publish on the website a transparency report on the previous year, with the numbers of reports received, content removed and kept, sanctions applied by category, appeals and their outcomes, and average response times. The report also describes, in general terms and without details that would allow them to be circumvented, the moderation methods we use, such as the automatic filter, human review of reports and automatic security measures, as well as the measures against Accounts created to evade sanctions. The figures are aggregated and do not identify players.

12.2. The first report will be published by January 31, 2027 and will cover the period from October 30 to December 31, 2026.

12.3. Arvorn does not display paid third-party ads or offer content boosting. For this reason, the part of the report on ads and boosting does not apply.

12.4. We review these Rules periodically and at least with each annual report. Changes follow item 1.4.
