One of each at a time

You can equip one ring and one amulet compatible with your level and vocation. Effects depend on the item: skills, regeneration, protection, mana shield or other attributes. Stealth Ring is excluded. Check the specific item entry before use.

Time and charges are resources

The horizontal slot bar shows accessory wear. Timed items consume equipped simulation time, including online town time. Their timer pauses in the bag or depot. When exhausted, accessories can disappear or become a depleted version, depending on the item.

Refinement increases capacity, not remaining stock

Maximum charges receive the refinement multiplier; duration in minutes does not increase. An item with 5 charges can have 20 at +20, but three already-used charges stay spent: it has 17 left. Removing, re-equipping or refining does not erase use.

Not every original effect is an active mechanic

The catalog presents wearable attributes. Recharge services, quest actions and effects outside implemented combat are not automatically introduced by equipping an accessory. Energy Ring redirects damage to available mana; Amulet of Loss protects items on an eligible death, not XP.
