Preserving one line
A preservation seal accompanies normal transmutation on a piece with at least two affixes. Choose one line to preserve its type, tier and value. Other lines reroll. Cost rises with the preserved line’s tier.
Selective calibration
A selective calibration seal accompanies the normal calibration cube: only the chosen line’s value rerolls. It does not raise tier or guarantee improvement. Cost rises considerably at higher tiers; check the preview quantity.
Protection against regression
The protection seal prevents losing one level on attempts from +11 to +15. It does not increase success odds and is consumed on every protected attempt. From +16 to +20, seals cannot be used: the item may regress, but never below +15.
