Form up in town

Invite a character by name in the Party window. The invitee must be online in town, available to join, and accept. A party holds up to four characters. The leader selects and starts the shared hunt; leave the party first if you want to hunt solo.

Follow and distance work together

Each member can choose someone to follow or follow nobody. The character tries to keep up while respecting its target distance. Escaping danger can take priority over following a friend. Coordinate combat distance with healing range.

Loot and experience

The group shares XP with a party bonus and applicable individual modifiers. Loot is distributed among members by kill. A group drop chance is not the same as each player’s chance to receive that item on every kill.

What ends the hunt

A member’s death ends the group hunt. During offline play, the first individual time limit to expire returns everyone to town. A party invite does not add someone to a hunt already in progress: organize the group before departure.
